Offices and desks
Every surface dusted, then wiped. Keyboards and phones lifted and cleaned beneath. Your paperwork is never moved.

Washrooms
Restocked, then disinfected. Separate colour-coded cloths, so nothing crosses from toilet to counter.

Kitchenette
Counters, sink, taps and tables cleaned. The outside of the fridge, microwave and other appliances wiped down.

Reception and entrance
Desk, seating and tables dusted and wiped. Fingerprints off the entrance glass, inside and out.

Floors
Carpet vacuumed to the edges. Hard floors swept along the baseboards, dust mopped, then wet mopped.

Waste and lock-up
Every bin emptied and relined. On leaving: lights off, doors locked and the alarm set to your instructions.
One fixed monthly price.
All labour, equipment and cleaning products are included. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.

Each plan covers up to two washrooms and one kitchenette. The only extras: a one-time first-visit detail clean ($180 to $370), each washroom beyond two ($45 a month), and paper products if we supply them (cost plus 15%). Offices over 5,000 sq ft are priced after a walkthrough.
